Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be a sophomore or junior, or a freshman who is enrolled in real estate classes at The Ohio State University (OSU).
• Candidates must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5.
• Candidates must have a keen interest in real estate, as demonstrated by enrollment in a real estate class (for example, at OSU’s Fisher College of Business or other real estate program). 
• Preference may be given to candidates who are working through college, either full- or part-time.
