  • Candidates must be graduating seniors who are residents of Logan County, Ohio.
  • Candidates must not be recipients of the Ohio Academic Scholarship, sponsored by the Ohio Board of Regents.
  • Candidates must not be recipients of the National Merit Scholarships of $4,000 or more.
