Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be graduating high school seniors or graduates from Champaign, Darke, Logan, and Union counties in Ohio.
• Candidates must demonstrate qualities and characteristics similar to those that describe Lani Anders.
• Candidates must enroll full-time academic status.
• Preference will be given to candidates who plan to pursue a degree in education or technology.
